Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing The TurfMan Perth for your turf needs. We are committed to providing the highest quality products and services, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return or exchange your product. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

 

Return Policy:

Turf is a perishable item and we recommended same day installation .If the customer has not inspected the goods and given written notice within 24 hrs after collection or delivery that the goods do not comply with the relevant specifications or descriptions, it will be deemed that the goods have been accepted in good order and condition. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

  • For other non perishable items all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges of any products except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  •  If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damage or defect to process your claim.
  • We may require you to return the damaged or defective product to us for inspection before we issue a refund or replacement.
  • Products that have been installed, used, or modified in any way are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Any returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product.

 

Refund Policy:

  • If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds will only be issued for the purchase price of the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine that the returned product is not damaged, defective, or not as described.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • For turf and perishable items cancellations must be made 24 hours before delivery date. After that we may charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the purchase price.

 

Delivery policy 

We use custom build  push-off pallets to conveniently deliver our turf to your kerbside. Our delivery driver will remove the pallets after the delivery, leaving the rolled turf in plastic . In the event that you require a delivery to a location other than the kerbside, our driver will evaluate your site to determine if it is safe to enter with a forklift. If the forklift can safely enter, the customer must sign a waiver as we cannot be held liable for any damages caused by the driver, truck, pallet, forklift, or turf. Additionally, if the delivery location is not easily accessible for our prime mover and semi-trailer, additional fees may be charged due to the longer delivery time required. 

  • For small items or a limited number of turf we may drop to the driveway if the driver feels safe to do it.
  • All post items will take 3-5 working days to delivery
